Two More Shorts

Also added Passerby (Mar. 29) and Pointillism (Mar. 30).

The second drawing depicts an event taking place at the Eli Klein Gallery on West Broadway in New York. Wine and cheese were being served. The paintings were based on photographs in Chinese newspapers.

The first drawing depicts the final night's party at Passerby, a bar on West 15th Street in New York. Splendid dancing and drinking took place in the back space, formerly the location of Gavin Brown's Enterprise, another art gallery.

Stephen Britt writes to say that visitor's could still enter the bar, to see its fabled remains, on the following day.
